Description
A successful Key Account Manager - NORTH will:
Manage and develop national key accounts across:
Build strong relationships with senior commercial and technical stakeholders.
Promote and sell:
Act as the lead commercial contact for allocated accounts.
Work closely with internal technical, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Profile
A successful Key Account Manager - NORTH should have:
Proven experience selling concrete flooring, precast concrete, or construction materials into:
Existing relationships with national or regional housebuilders and groundworkers.
Background in a Key Account Manager, National Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or senior BDM role.
Comfortable managing large, strategic accounts rather than transactional or purely regional portfolios.
Strong technical understanding of:
Knowledge of insulated flooring systems and competitors (e.g. SPI, Springvale, Bison) is beneficial.
