Your role

As a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you’ll support customers with travel-related queries and deliver a seamless experience across multiple channels.

You will:

  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide clear, efficient, and empathetic solutions
  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Stay up to date with promotions and company updates
  • Work closely with your team to maintain excellent service standards
What you’ll need
  • Fluent German and English
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • A proactive, positive attitude and desire to succeed
