Profile

A successful Permanent Finance Manager should have:

• A professional qualification in accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Demonstrable experience in financial management within the not-for-profit sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and conduct financial forecasting.
• Extensive statutory accounts exposure
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
