We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Maintenance Operative to support a residential site in London for an initial 4-week period. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, part-time hours with an immediate start.

The role

• Carry out minor reactive maintenance tasks across the site
• Complete basic painting and touch-up works
• Assist with planned maintenance, testing and compliance checks
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Support the wider team with general maintenance duties

About you

• Previous experience in a maintenance or handyman role
• Basic skills in painting and general repairs
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload
• Reliable, proactive and hands-on approach
• Good awareness of health and safety
