The Role The Demand Planner will own the 12-month global demand forecast, creating a credible view of future demand that underpins supply, capacity and financial decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
Own the rolling 12-month global demand forecast, providing a single, credible view of future demand
Consolidate and challenge commercial, marketing and historical data to produce insight-led forecasts
Act as the single source of truth for demand, clearly communicating changes, risks and assumptions
Provide structured, high-quality inputs into S&OP, highlighting volatility and step changes
Track forecast accuracy and bias, identifying root causes and driving continuous improvement
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Finance to support informed decision-making

Confident challenging commercial assumptions, including pushing back to Sales when required
Comfortable influencing without formal authority
