Job Description:

Recruit UK is working on an exciting opportunity for a Paraplanner to join a market-leading Independent Financial Adviser firm based in Leeds, specialising in a wide range of services from investment advice to retirement planning.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct provider and product research, fund performance analysis, and cashflow modelling using tools like FE Analytics
• Prepare compliant, personalised suitability reports for a wide range of client needs
• Analyse Fact Finds and KYC documents to identify the best outcomes for clients
• Support advisers with technical analysis and evidence-based recommendations
• Manage complex cases from start to finish, resolving technical queries with precision

Skills and experience required:

• Level 4 Diploma qualified ideally (happy to consider those working toward this with paraplanning experience)
• Previous experience in paraplanning and report writing in financial services
• Strong technical knowledge of retirement planning, investments and pensions
• Attention to detail
• Organisational skills
