Visual / Dimensional Inspector

Location: Rotherham
Salary: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (flexible hours available)

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a well-established manufacturing business in Rotherham to recruit a Visual / Dimensional Inspector to join their quality team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail and hands-on experience within inspection and quality control in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured components
• Using measuring equipment including verniers, calipers and gauges
• Ensuring products meet strict quality and engineering standards
• Identifying and reporting defects or non-conformance issues
• Completing inspection reports and quality documentation accurately
• Working closely with production teams to maintain quality throughout the process

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a quality inspection or manufacturing role
• Confident using measuring equipment such as verniers, calipers and gauges
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
• Good understanding of quality standards within a production environment
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
