Nursery Practitioner – Addlestone, Surrey, KT15

Salary: £13.00 - £14.25ph / Up to £29,640 per annum (Depending on experience/qualification)

Full Time or Part Time Hours: 5 days working 40 hours or 4 days working 38 hours or 3 days working 30 hours / Shifts between 7.30am – 6.30pm

Contract: Permanent | All year round

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our nursery team in Addlestone, Surrey, KT15.

We’re seeking a dedicated and qualified Nursery Practitioner to provide exceptional care and education for our youngest learners. If you’re passionate about early years development and want to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you! This role is ideal for both newly qualified and experienced practitioners looking to develop their leadership skills within a supportive, welcoming team.

Responsibilities of the Nursery Practitioner

  • Providing the highest level of childcare and early education experiences for all children in the nursery.
  • Inspire and support your team to deliver our unique curriculum and uphold our values
  • Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring a smooth settling-in process
  • Track children’s progress with curriculum-linked observations and communicate with parents
  • Champion safeguarding, health & safety, and inclusive practice at all times

About You

  • Hold a minimum Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
  • Have previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar role
  • Great EYFS and Safeguarding knowledge
  • Passion for nurturing children’s development and emotional wellbeing
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
