Our client is a profitable SME multi site operation who seek to hire a well rounded Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will enjoy a standalone role reporting to the owner. The role will take ownership of all accounting for the business with support from an outsourced provider for payroll.
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of the monthly management accounts
• Support in the development and production of forecasts, budgets, and financial plans
• Preparation of year end schedules
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Have primary responsibility for all company banking
• Preparation of statistical returns
• Prepare journals to ensure costs are recognised in the correct accounting period
• Responsible for Fixed Asset register and Depreciation
• Maintaining financial controls and processes
• Invoicing
A salary of £50,000-£55,000 is on offer plus benefits.
