Job Title: Estate Agent Sales Progressor

Type: Full-time or Part-time considered

Salary: £27,500 – £28,000 basic

OTE: £33,000+

Hours: 9:00am – 5:50pm weekdays

Our client, a long-established and highly respected independent estate agency covering the North Birmingham area, is looking for an experienced Sales Progressor to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is a hybrid role focused predominantly on sales progression and contract chasing, with the opportunity to assist with negotiations and viewings where required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing sales files from offer agreed to completion
• Chasing solicitors, buyers, sellers and mortgage brokers
• Providing regular updates to all parties involved
• Assisting with negotiations and viewings where required
• Generating additional revenue through referrals
• Maintaining compliance and accurate records
