The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality classroom support across Lower KS2
• Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons
• Supporting individual pupils and small groups to help raise attainment and confidence
• Encouraging positive behaviour and active participation in learning
• Helping to create a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Working collaboratively with teaching staff and wider school professionals

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
• Have a good understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
• Be proactive, organised, and reliable in their approach
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
• Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Be committed to making a positive impact in the classroom
