Long-Term Teaching Assistant Opportunities - Birmingham & Surrounding Areas

We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for long-term, full-time roles across Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Wolverhampton, and surrounding areas.

Whether you are available immediately or planning ahead for September 2026, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Requirements:
To be considered for these roles, you will need:

• A Level 2 or above child-related qualification (or equivalent)
• A minimum of 6 months' experience working in a UK school, or
• A relevant degree that supports a career in education or classroom support
• A strong passion for supporting children's learning and development

The Role Includes:

• Supporting teachers within the classroom
• Working 1:1 with pupils or in small group settings
• Assisting with learning activities and behaviour support
• Helping to create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment

Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Wolverhampton, and surrounding areas
