Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality audit and assurance engagements across a varied portfolio of clients
  • Drive business development activity, including building and maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to the audit team at all levels
  • Play an active role in the firm's senior management, contributing to decisions around service delivery, team development, and practice strategy
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Requirements
  • ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification, with significant post-qualified experience at a senior level
  • Proven track record of leading audit engagements and managing a portfolio of clients within a UK accountancy practice
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to win new work and develop existing client relationships
  • Excellent leadership and people management capabilities, with experience of coaching and developing junior and mid-level staff
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
