Salary: £26,247 working from home Fridays early start early finish !

Full-time – 37.5 hours per week

Contract until 22 December 2026

We’re looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join a busy HR team supporting a large and fast-paced organisation.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a varied role, managing multiple tasks, and being part of a supportive team.

Working Pattern
  • Monday to Thursday: Office based (8:00am – 4:15pm)
  • Friday: Working from home
  • Early start and early finish, giving you more flexibility and work-life balance
  • Hybrid working offered as a genuine benefit of the role
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting day-to-day HR administration activities
  • Managing sickness and absence tracking records
  • Preparing letters and maintaining employee documentation
  • Handling shared HR inbox queries
  • Updating spreadsheets and internal records
  • Supporting work experience and visa administration when required
  • Filing and maintaining confidential HR documents
  • Assisting the wider HR team with ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Providing cover for team members when needed
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a busy office or administrative environment
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
  • A proactive approach with willingness to support the wider team
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Qualifications
  • GCSE and A-Level education (or equivalent)
