The Role

Due to continued growth, the agency is now seeking a talented Event Manager to join their corporate team and support the delivery of a wide range of projects. The successful Event Manager will lead projects from initial briefing through to on-site delivery, managing timelines, budgets, suppliers and client communications throughout the full event lifecycle. Projects include conferences, exhibition stands, executive roundtables, fulfilment centre tours, networking dinners, activations and bespoke branded experiences across the UK and internationally. A broad role responsibilities will include:

•          End-to-end project management across a range of events

•          Venue sourcing, contracting and logistics coordination

•          Budget management and cost reconciliation

•          Supplier sourcing, briefing and management

•          Coordination of AV, branding and expo builds

•          Delegate management and registration

•          On-site event delivery and troubleshooting

•          Leading and mentoring junior event team members

•          Managing multiple deadlines and fast-moving project timelines

The Candidate

This Event Manager position will suit someone with strong agency or corporate event experience who is comfortable working across multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments. To be considered for this Event Manager role candidates must have a solid and proven background of delivering events from concept through to on-site delivery. Strong client-facing communication skills are essential, alongside excellent organisation, budgeting and supplier management experience. Applicants should also possess a solid understanding of AV and live event logistics, with the ability to troubleshoot effectively and remain calm under pressure during live environments. Experience leading teams or supporting on-site event delivery is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented and adaptable, with the flexibility to travel internationally and work outside standard office hours when required. Candidates currently working within an event agency would be preferred but other backgrounds would be considered.
