About the Business

We are a well-established, award-winning B2B distributor with over 50 years of success, supplying trade customers across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll manage your own portfolio of trade accounts and take full ownership of their growth:

  • Making high-volume outbound calls daily
  • Driving revenue across your accounts
  • Re-engaging lapsed customers
  • Identifying upsell & cross-sell opportunities
  • Hitting (and exceeding) weekly & monthly targets

This is active selling — not order-taking.

What We’re Looking For
Must Have:
  • Proven experience in a target-driven sales role
  • Confidence selling over the phone
  • A track record of closing deals and hitting targets
  • High energy, resilience, and a competitive mindset
Bonus Points:
  • B2B or wholesale sales experience
  • Experience managing accounts
  • Product-based sales background

Working Hours
