We are currently recruiting for a Senior Property Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Watford.

The ideal candidate must have previous property management experience.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Senior Property Manager:

• Basic £35,000
• Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities for the role of Senior Property Manager:

• Property portfolio management
• Work closely with the Director
• Conducting property inspections
• Dealing with maintenance issues and coordinating with contractors, Landlords and Tenants
• to undertake repairs
• Ensuring that safety inspections are undertaken (gas, electricity, legionella, EPC etc)
• Liaising with Landlords & Tenants
• Preparing properties for rental
• Dealing with the end-of-tenancy process
• Ad-hoc tasks

Key Skills for the role of Senior Property Manager:

• Previous experience as a Property Manager
