Client Experience Manager

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum!

Location: City of London

Hours: 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm

We are currently recruiting an experienced Client Experience Manager to join a prestigious luxury brand on a temporary-permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven leader with a strong background in high-end management to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate retail teams to achieve sales and service KPIs.
• Drive commercial performance while maintaining brand integrity and luxury standards.
• Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Analyse sales data and provide actionable insights and reporting.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of store management teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational best practice.

About You:

• Proven experience in a luxury or premium retail management role.
• Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
• Confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to start immediately or at short notice.
