What's in Store for You:

• Base Salary: Dependent on Experience
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): £65k-£75k+ (uncapped)
• Office-Based Role - No cold calling, just warm leads!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Engaging with qualified leads from social media, events, webinars, and marketing campaigns
• Selling tickets to our 2-day Property event
• Supporting attendees to close high-ticket Academy sales
• Working through CRM leads, old data sheets, and pre-qualified interest lists
• Managing and updating CRM records to track your pipeline and results
• Hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets!

What We're Looking For:

• A sharp, confident, and hungry individual ready to close deals
• Comfortable on the phone with exceptional objection handling skills
• A proven track record in closing high-ticket deals or the drive to learn fast
• Self-motivated with strong resilience and focus
• A team player who thrives in a competitive environment
