Role: Front of House Coordinator
Location: Dartford
Hours: Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays | 8:15am - 5:00pm
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Temporary

The Role

As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a professional reception and meeting space. Duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors, including senior stakeholders and directors
• Managing a busy switchboard and handling incoming calls professionally
• Coordinating meeting room bookings and set-ups
• Arranging catering for meetings and events
• Preparing rooms to a high standard and clearing away afterwards
• Resetting meeting spaces, including moving furniture (chairs/tables as needed)
• Ensuring the front of house area remains immaculate at all times

About You

We're looking for someone who is confident, organised, and thrives on providing excellent service:

• Previous front of house / receptionist experience within a corporate environment
• Professional, warm, and confident communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs
• Able to move chairs and assist with room set-up
