We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Practice Accountant to join a well-established and growing accountancy practice in the North West. Practice Accountant – The Job:

• Preparation of statutory accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships
• Preparation and submission of corporation tax, personal tax, and VAT returns
• Management accounts preparation and analysis
• Liaising directly with clients to provide proactive advice and support
• Assisting with audits where required
• Supporting junior staff and reviewing work when appropriate
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax legislation

Practice Accountant – Ideal Candidate:

• AAT qualified or part-qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent experience in practice)
• Experienced in a UK accountancy practice environment
• Confident managing a client portfolio with minimal supervision
• Strong in technical accounting and tax compliance
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• A strong communicator who can build trusted client relationship
