Reed Education are looking for enthusiastic, patient, and motivated individuals to join a primary-age specialist provision as Full-Time Teaching Assistants, starting after the Easter break.
You do not need any previous school experience — full training, guidance, and on-the-job support will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity for people who are new to education but keen to make a positive difference in children’s lives.
This long-term position also offers a genuine opportunity to become permanent for the right person.
About the RoleYou will support children aged 4–11 who may have additional learning needs, developmental delays, or Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. Your role will involve helping pupils build confidence, regulate emotions, engage with learning, and develop key skills.
People without prior experience often excel in this role due to their fresh perspective, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
