About the Role
We're looking for a Paid Social Account Director to join a leading global media and marketing agency. This is a role suited to someone who can set strategic direction, lead client relationships, and oversee the delivery of high-performing paid social campaigns for well-known clients.

You will be responsible for driving account growth, ensuring campaigns align with broader business objectives, and leading a team to deliver best-in-class work across multiple social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok
• Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, building strong, trusted relationships
• Oversee campaign performance and ensure delivery against KPIs (CPA, ROAS, brand metrics, etc.)
• Identify opportunities for account growth and innovation
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of paid social specialists
• Collaborate with cross-channel teams (search, programmatic, creative) to deliver integrated campaigns
• Oversee budget management and ensure efficient allocation of media spend

Requirements

• Extensive experience in paid social, ideally within an agency environment
• Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and leading large-scale campaigns
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into effective media strategies
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Deep understanding of social platforms and their advertising ecosystems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present clear, actionable insights
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
