Profile

The Head of People requires;

• Strong generalist HR experience within a multi-site environment (retail, hospitality or similar)
• Confidence operating at both strategic and operational levels
• Solid employee relations expertise and sound knowledge of UK employment law
• The ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
• A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a focus on delivery
