Chef de Partie – Motorway Service Location

Salary: £15.85 per hour
Hours: 38.5 hours per week (full-time)
Shifts: Daytime only – 08:00 to 17:30

The Role

Working primarily across breakfast and lunch service, you’ll play a key role in delivering quality food while maintaining high standards in food safety and kitchen organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast and lunch dishes
• Ensure all food is produced to company and brand standards
• Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment
• Support the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations

About You

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
• Able to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Passion for fresh food and delivering quality
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Flexible to work a 5/7 rota including weekends
