This home-based Property Consultant role would be ideal for someone currently working within estate agency, sales progression, conveyancing, property administration, lettings, or customer service who is looking to move into a professional Monday to Friday home-based role with no weekends or bank holidays.

The Role

As a Property Consultant, you will manage and progress residential property cases on behalf of corporate clients across the UK.

You will liaise with:

• Solicitors
• Estate agents
• Surveyors
• Corporate clients
• Internal departments

Duties will include:

• Managing property cases from instruction through to completion
• Providing updates to clients and third parties
• Handling calls and emails professionally
• Updating systems accurately
• Maintaining compliance and audit trails
• Prioritising workload in line with SLAs
• Delivering excellent customer service

This is a busy and varied home-based role where organisation and communication are essential.
