A global research and advisory business is looking for an Events & Recruitment Coordinator to support their university recruitment and internship programmes across the UK and wider EMEA region.

This is a fast-paced, highly varied coordination role combining recruitment operations, events management, stakeholder engagement, and candidate experience. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, universities, and external vendors to help deliver a seamless experience across campus events, interview processes, and early careers hiring activity.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating onsite and virtual interview days and recruitment events
  • Managing logistics for university careers fairs, networking sessions, and candidate events
  • Scheduling interviews and supporting candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
  • Managing travel bookings, catering, room reservations, and virtual meeting setup
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment and event data across internal systems
  • Supporting reporting, budget tracking, invoices, and general recruitment operations
  • Assisting with employer branding initiatives, social media activity, and recruitment collateral
  • Building strong relationships with universities, vendors, recruiters, and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and wider recruitment initiatives as needed
They’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities
  • A strong communicator and relationship builder
  • Comfortable working within a fast-moving corporate environment
  • Passionate about delivering a positive candidate experience
  • Previous experience within recruitment coordination, events, teaching/education, or programme coordination would be highly beneficial.
  • A degree within Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field would be advantageous.
Location: Remote with travel required to both the London and Surrey Office for events
Travel: Occasional travel to university events and partner venues required
