In this Legal Counsel role, you will be working as part of an extremely collaborative and supportive legal team to support the wider business on commercial agreements.

A snapshot of your duties will include:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including technology and IT services (MSAs, SOWs, SaaS and software licensing), logistics and warehousing, procurement and operational supply/services agreements

• Support business partners across the UK, Europe, the USA, Asia and the Middle East with day-to-day legal advice and strategic, solution-oriented guidance

• Partner with Compliance, Finance and Procurement to align legal advice with commercial objectives and improve contracting efficiency

• Support legal operations, including vendor audits, contract management and adoption of contract life cycle management and legal tech/AI tools.

Our client are looking for team players who enjoy working with internal stakeholders to find solutions. This role would be well suited to someone who is a qualified lawyer with at least five years of PQE working in a private practice TMT team or coming from in-house with transferable experience.

Candidates can come with any industry background, providing they have worked on technology agreements.
