The Role

You will play a key role in keeping HR operations running smoothly, providing efficient and professional support across the function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries
  • Managing HR inboxes and responding to employee enquiries
  • Supporting employee relations processes and preparing documentation
  • Maintaining HR systems and keeping employee records up to date
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, including compliance checks
  • Coordinating leaver administration and exit processes
  • Managing absence records and supporting payroll processes
  • Assisting with HR projects and continuous improvements
About You

We are looking for someone with a strong HR administration background who is confident working in a busy environment.

You will:

  • Have previous experience within an HR Administration or similar role
  • Be confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders
  • Be proactive, adaptable, and able to manage a varied workload
Working Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours), with a hybrid working model.
