Day-to-day of the role:

  • Scanning hard copy personnel files and uploading them onto a new digital system.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of digital data during the transfer process.
  • Organising and maintaining physical files for scanning and archiving.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure all files are handled confidentially and efficiently.
  • Assisting in the verification and correction of scanned data as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning equipment.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • No previous experience required, making it ideal for students.
