Logistics Coordinator

• Pay: £12.21 per hour - £13.60 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join a leading organisation on an ongoing temporary basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to provide crucial operational support and ensure high-quality service delivery to a diverse portfolio of clients.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries via phone and email.
• Efficiently resolve day-to-day operational issues and maintain professional client interactions.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, including warehouse operations and carriers, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor client accounts to ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Utilise ticketing systems to track and update client queries within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Provide daily updates, reports, and insights to both clients and internal teams.
• Participate in client calls, manage follow-up actions, and support billing activities including carriage and bookings.
• Handle complaints by escalating and managing them to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report on service performance.
• Identify and contribute to process improvements to enhance overall service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in logistics, fulfilment, or a client-facing operational role.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with various stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, bespoke software, or ticketing platforms.
• A proactive and collaborative approach, comfortable with challenging existing processes to improve outcomes.
