Legal Cashier Role Overview

An excellent opportunity for a Part Time Legal Cashier to join a long established law firm based in Stockport. As the Part Time Legal Cashier you will have previous experience within a solicitors accounts department and will be up to date with Solicitors Accounts Rules. You will be working every Friday however will have the option to choose which other 2 days of the week you work.

Legal Cashier Responsibilities:

• Processing purchase invoices and supplier payments
• Processing client and office account transactions
• Posting receipts, payments, transfers and write offs
• Monitoring and managing client account balances
• Managing petty cash, credit card transactions and expense claims
• Producing and maintaining monthly management reports
• Other cashiering and accounts tasks as and when required

Legal Cashier Experience Required

• Experience as a legal Cashier in a law firm environment
• Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organisational skills and communication skills
