A highly successful and growing Financial Planning company based in the Aylesbury area is seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their established and supportive team.

The Role

Working alongside Financial Planners, Paraplanners and fellow Administrators, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient delivery of client services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Financial Advisors and Paraplanners with administrative tasks
  • Managing and responding to client correspondence, including emails
  • Following up on client requests and ensuring timely service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Providing general administrative support across the business

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience as an IFA Administrator within a Financial Services environment
  • Strong working knowledge of the Intelligent Office (IO) system (essential)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and client-focused approach

Desirable:

  • Exposure to or qualifications within CII
