Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Support the processing of purchase invoices
• Assist with bank reconciliations
• Support the wider team with credit control activities
• Assist in handling customer and supplier queries, escalating when required
• Maintain supplier account checks and perform reconciliations
• Support month-end processes and reporting tasks
• Work closely with the Accounts Lead and wider finance team to learn core finance processes
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Assist with general administrative and ad-hoc finance tasks
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency as experience and confidence grow
