This is an excellent opportunity for someone with property or customer service experience who enjoys speaking with people but prefers a role without the full pressure of on-site sales.
The Role
Acting as the first point of contact for buyer enquiries
Handling inbound calls and online enquiries
Qualifying leads and understanding buyer requirements
Booking appointments and supporting the sales team
Delivering a high level of customer service throughout the enquiry process
This role is more phone-based and customer-focused, offering a great entry point into new homes without being directly responsible for closing deals. What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and telephone skills
Passion for property and working with people
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries
Previous property or customer service experience beneficial
Working Pattern
Weekend work required (to support sales teams)
One weekend off every four weeks
Flexibility during weekdays depending on workload
