We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing business in Hull that is looking to appoint an organised and customer-focused After-Sales Administrator to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, delivering excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment within the manufacturing sector.

The Role:

As an After-Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting customers once orders have been completed, ensuring any queries, service requests, or product issues are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing after-sales enquiries via phone and email
• Coordinating customer support requests and resolving issues promptly
• Processing returns, replacements, and warranty claims
• Liaising with production, logistics, suppliers, and engineers where required
• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate system information
• Supporting order tracking and delivery queries
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the customer journey

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience within administration, customer service, or after-sales support
• Experience working within manufacturing, engineering, or a product-based environment is advantageous
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems/CRMs
• Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
• A proactive and positive approach to customer care
