The RoleReed Business Support is looking for a technically minded Customer Support Executive to join our clients growing team in Maidstone. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of web technologies and security protocols to support customers with complex technical issues.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, troubleshooting and resolving queries related to PKI, HTTPS, DNS, and web-based technologies. This role suits someone who combines technical expertise with excellent communication skills.
