Job Title: Sales Negotiator (Part-Time)

Location: Barnt Green

Salary: Up to £24,000 basic (pro rata)

OTE: £35,000+ (pro rata)

Hours:

3 days per week (9:00am – 5:30pm) + 2 Saturdays per month (9:00am – 2:00pm, with a day off in lieu)

A market-leading independent estate agent is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful team in Barnt Green on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with estate agency experience who is looking for flexibility while continuing to grow within a supportive and ambitious business.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing property sales from enquiry through to completion
• Qualifying buyers and understanding their requirements
• Conducting property viewings
• Building relationships with vendors and buyers
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales
• Working towards and consistently achieving targets
• Supporting the wider team and branch performance

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Sales Negotiator (preferred)
• Well-presented, professional, and driven
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Energetic, proactive, and target-driven
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
