Sales Floor Manager
Leeds (Hybrid)
£40,000 – £45,000 + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £70,000 – £100,000+)
We’re recruiting for a fast-growing, highly commercial organisation within the property sector, seeking an experienced Sales Floor Manager to lead a high-volume inbound sales operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving lead conversion, coaching a team of sales negotiators, and improving pipeline performance, customer experience and revenue outcomes.
The Role
You will manage the day-to-day sales function, ensuring inbound enquiries are handled effectively from first contact through to signed agreements. Leading from the front, you’ll use coaching, data and strong processes to maximise team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 5–10 sales negotiators
- Set clear performance targets and drive accountability
- Conduct 1:1s, call reviews and performance management
Lead Management & Conversion
- Oversee inbound lead allocation and follow-up discipline
- Drive improvements in conversion rates
- Maintain a structured, high-performing pipeline
Coaching & Sales Quality
- Review calls and coach on objections, closing and discovery
- Improve qualification, fact-finding and customer understanding
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs including conversion, activity and pipeline health
- Report on performance, risks and improvement actions
CRM & Process Discipline
- Ensure accurate CRM usage and pipeline visibility
- Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements
Customer Experience
- Maintain a high-quality customer journey
- Handle escalations and improve processes based on feedback
Recruitment & Development
- Support hiring, onboarding and team development
- Address underperformance and retain top performers
About You
- 5+ years’ experience managing a high-performing sales team
- Background in inbound or phone-based sales
- Proven success improving conversion rates and team output
- Strong experience with KPIs, pipelines and CRM systems
- Confident coaching live sales activity and behaviours
- Commercially focused with strong decision-making skills
(Property experience is beneficial but not essential.)

Working Arrangements
