Litigation Solicitor | Future Head of Department Opportunity

A respected law firm is soon to be recruiting an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its growing disputes team. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and self-sufficient litigator who can manage their own caseload, supervise a paralegal and demonstrate the potential to progress into a future Head of Department role. 

Caseload includes:

- General property litigation 
- Contentious leasehold and enfranchisement
- Possession claims 
- Employment settlement agreements 

What we’re looking for:

- 5+ PQE in litigation 
- Ability to work independently with light supervision 
- Experience supervising junior staff 
- Strong experience in leasehold and enfranchisement is desirable
