A leading UK Construction business is looking to appoint a P2P Business Partner to support its growing shared services finance function.
The role offers hybrid working from their Leicestershire office and requires travel to regional divisions. You'll act as the key point of contact between the P2P Shared Service Centre and operational business units, ensuring efficient service delivery and continuous process improvement.
This role requires demonstrable experience building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders in a changing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
The successful candidate will have strong end-to-end Purchase to Pay knowledge, experience within a Shared Services or centralised finance environment, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with ERP systems (COINS), invoice automation tools, and multi-site organisations would be advantageous.
A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively are essential.
