8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a Sales Administrator & Workshop Assistant to join our clients small and friendly team in Trentham. The role is split evenly between office-based sales administration and hands-on workshop duties, offering plenty of variety.

Key Responsibilities

Office duties:

• Customer liaison via email and phone
• Preparing quotes, processing orders and payments
• Using in-house CRM and sales systems
• Dispatching UK and international orders
• Learning product ranges to advise customers effectively
• General admin and sales support

Workshop:

• Manual handling and cutting sheet materials (track saw)
• Packing orders for dispatch
• Assisting in badge production
• Cleaning and finishing products ready for shipment

About You

• Confident, proactive, and quick to learn
• Strong IT skills (email, Word, Excel, filing systems)
• Good English and Maths skills
• Practical, adaptable, and a strong team player
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, small-team environment
