Despatch Operative

We're looking for a reliable Despatch Operative to support our busy shipping and warehouse team. This hands-on role combines order picking and packing with shipping administration to ensure customer orders are despatched accurately, compliantly, and on time.

Key duties include:

• Picking, packing, and despatching customer orders
• Coordinating UK and international shipments using courier systems (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
• Preparing shipping and customs documentation
• Updating orders and shipments in SAP
• Supporting general warehouse operations and health & safety compliance

About you:

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or despatch role
• Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Confident using computer systems (SAP desirable)
• Forklift licence and import/export knowledge an advantage (training available)
