The role

You’ll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Sales, purchases and re-mortgage transactions
• File management from instruction through to completion
• Time recording and fee management in line with targets
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal processes
• Participating in team meetings and departmental initiatives
• Supporting business development, marketing and networking activity
• Identifying opportunities to introduce clients to other services within the firm

About you

This role would suit a Residential Property Solicitor who:

• Has relevant residential conveyancing experience (PQE flexible)
• Manages files efficiently with attention to detail
• Enjoys working directly with clients and building relationships
• Takes a commercial and solutions-focused approach
• Works well as part of a collaborative team
