Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing independent estate agency, is looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Branch Manager to join their high-performing team in Colchester. This opportunity has arisen due to continued expansion, and they are specifically seeking someone with strong experience and knowledge of the local market.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Branch Manager, you will receive:

• Up to £30,000 basic salary
• Realistic OTE of up to £50,000

Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Branch Manager requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Branch Manager
• Current experience within the Colchester property market (essential)
• A strong track record of winning business and closing deals
• A driven, target-focused mindset with a desire to succeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional, personable, and customer-first approach
• A natural leader who thrives in a team environment
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to use initiative
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

As a Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Branch Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
