Head Chef – Bonjour Cafe Patisserie

Bonjour Cafe Patisserie is seeking an experienced Head Chef with a strong background in bakery, café, and patisserie operations. As a Turkish-run coffee patisserie shop inspired by Mediterranean and North African flavours, we highly value candidates who understand these culinary traditions and styles.

### Preferred Experience

- Experience in Turkish or Algerian-style pastries, desserts, and café cuisine

- Knowledge of traditional Turkish baking and patisserie techniques

- Turkish/Arabic language skills preferred

- Experience working in artisan bakeries or café patisseries

- Candidates with Turkish or Algerian culinary backgrounds or professional experience within these cuisines are highly preferred

### Responsibilities

- Lead kitchen and bakery operations

- Create high-quality pastries, cakes, and café dishes

- Manage kitchen staff and maintain food quality standards

- Develop authentic and creative menu items inspired by Mediterranean, Turkish Flavours.

### Requirements

-Must Be 18+ to for Head Chef Role.

- Previous Head Chef or Senior Chef experience

- Strong leadership and organisational skills

- Passion for bakery and patisserie excellence

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong understanding of Mediterranean and speciality café-style cuisine
