We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established logistics business for an experienced Export Coordinator to join their operations team.

This role is key to ensuring the smooth end-to-end management of export shipments, acting as the main point of contact between customers, suppliers and transport partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing export shipments from start to finish
• Acting as the primary contact for customer enquiries
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, forwarders and agents
• Ensuring all export documentation and invoicing is completed accurately and on time
• Tracking shipments and providing regular updates to clients
• Coordinating with internal departments to meet operational deadlines
• Supporting reporting and maintaining accurate records

About You:

• Previous experience in export/logistics coordination
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and solution-focused approach
