You will operate as a self-sufficient, revenue-generating leader while establishing the proposition, pricing, and service model, as well as implementing compliant systems and processes from day one, benefiting from a highly-competitive salary package, earning up to 50% commission per transaction.

As momentum builds, you will recruit and lead a Lettings team, evolving the department from a one-person operation to a fully functioning unit. The ideal candidate will have senior experience in residential lettings, a proven ability to generate instructions independently, and a strong landlord network.

You will be highly self-motivated, commercially and strategically minded, comfortable operating autonomously, and focused on building strong, credible relationships. 

Offering:

• Basic Salary circa £40,000
• 25%-50% commission per transaction
• Six-figure OTE
• Flexible working
• Initial guaranteed commission
