Company Secretarial Manager 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced company secretarial manager to join a growing professional services team. This is a hands-on role offering the chance to take ownership of complex governance and company secretarial work, lead and develop team members, and play a key role in shaping and improving service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and review complex share restructuring documentation
  • Prepare board minutes relating to accounts and dividends
  • Manage annual company secretarial service packages and statutory compliance
  • Maintain company records using Diligent Entities
  • Lead PSC reviews and support technical governance matters
  • Mentor and support junior team members
  • Assist with workflow improvements, invoicing and internal training

Key Skills & Experience

  • CGI qualified/studying (ACG) or equivalent experience
  • Professional services background
  • Strong Diligent Entities experience
  • Proven management or team leadership capability
  • Excellent communication, organisational and technical skills

Hybrid

3 days per week in the office with a little more expected during the probationary period.
