My client, a main dealer based in Maidstone, offers excellent career progression opportunities and is currently seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join their established team in a busy Service Department. This is a fantastic opportunity—interviews are available immediately. You’ll be joining a strong team as the fourth member of the department.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Meet and greet customers in the service reception
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service operations
• Book in vehicles and advise on the expected duration of repairs
• Maintain accurate service records and perform basic admin tasks
• Uphold a professional and well-presented appearance
• Apply your knowledge of the motor trade in day-to-day duties

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade
• Friendly and professional attitude with strong communication skills
• Well-presented with a smart, professional appearance
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• A full UK driving licence is essential
